Colonia is the second solo album by The Cardigans vocalist Nina Persson and is due for release on 2 February 2009. The album will be proceeded by a single, Stronger Than Jesus, on 19 January 2009. The single was released on the Swedish iTunes on 17 November 2008.
Produced by Niclas Frisk and Nina Persson along with her husband, ex-Shudder to Think member Nathan Larson, the album features contributions from ex-Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha, Joan As Policewoman and Guided By Voices drummer Kevin Marc
