It's been a while since I've posted an actual song, but hopefully the wait has been worth it. I've been writing this track for a couple of weeks now and finally did a bit of a rough mix today in Reaper. There's still a long way to go on this one but I'm pretty happy with where it's at. If you're wondering who is doing the vocals, it's yours truly :D I'm really hearing my Cocteau Twins & Fields of the Nephilim influences here - two of my all time favorite artists. As for the title of the track, it came about after I drew the Judgment card a couple of weeks ago. I interpreted this occurrence as a call to get creative and resurrect my musical spirit once more! Now that I have my Morpheus pedal, I'm able to emulate a bass guitar, which is very cool. I basically just plugged my SG into the Tone Port through the Morpheus pedal and used the Sub Dub patch that came with my bass expansion pack.
