Steel plant inks pact for staff training

The Electro Steel Limited (ESL), which is coming up with 3.1 million tonnes in Chandankyari block of the district, has entered into an agreement with the Steel Authority of India Limited-run Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL) to provide industrial training to its employees.
