German electro duo Digitalism claims the top spot on The Hype Machine's most blogged artists chart on April 21. Swedish songtress Lykke Li holds second place while American singer Santigold re-enters the chart in third. Also, buzz builds over American band The National's latest release, "Exile Vilify."
