MEMS oscillator reduces lead-time across 1 MHz to 800 MHz frequency range

IQD has announced the immediate availability of a newly developed high frequency MEMS Oscillator. The IQMS-900 series MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) oscillator is available in an exceptionally wide frequency range from 1 MHz up to 800 MHz.
